Keep your MAG device’s firmware up to date to benefit from the latest features and improvements.

Customize the resolution and aspect ratio for the best viewing experience.

If your MAG 250, 254, or 256 does not load the IPTV portal, it could be due to memory limits caused by a large channel list. If you see the message “Error loading pages,” try reducing the number of channels. Also, ensure that your MAG box is properly connected to the internet. Go to Inner Portal Settings > System Settings > Network, change your network setting from Auto-DHCP to Auto-DHCP/Manual DNS, and enter 8.8.8.8 in the manual DNS field. Save your settings, reboot the device, and try loading the portal again. If the problem continues, performing a factory reset may help resolve the issue.
