Install the Smart STB app on your Samsung or LG Smart TV. This app is essential to access IPTV services. Make sure your TV is connected to the internet, then download and install the app from your TV’s app store.
Start the Smart STB app, and when you see “Loading d-Wigy Portal,” press OK, Center, or Arrow keys. This will take you to the app’s settings, where you can begin configuring your IPTV connection and portal settings.
Software MAC Address is shown in settings. This is the MAC you will need to register your Smart STB app. Make sure to note it correctly, as it’s used to activate and link your device with your subscription.
This is the Virtual MAC Address needed to activate your IPTV service. It will be provided during setup. Your IPTV provider will use this address to enable your access to channels through the Smart STB application.
Make sure Multi-Portal mode is turned ON in your Smart STB app settings. This allows you to use more than one portal at a time, which is useful if you’re accessing multiple IPTV servers or providers.
Go to the “Use Portal 1” option inside your Smart STB app settings and turn it ON. This activates the first portal slot and allows you to input the IPTV URL given by your service provider.
In the “Portal 1 Name” field, enter: d-wigyiptv. Then, in the “Portal 1 URL” field, enter the portal URL provided by your service provider.
Next, press the GREEN (F2) key. If your remote doesn’t have an F2 or green key, press the BACK or RETURN key (depending on your remote and TV model), then press OK/Center to confirm your selection.
